Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods (launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — thank you for your patience.
Shipping Within the UAE
Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, usually 5–12 business days depending on the country’s customs procedures.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your local customs office may charge import duties, VAT, or clearance fees.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary by country, and unfortunately, these fees are not controlled by Enriched Filters.
Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information (including address and phone number) is accurate and complete at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered or is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the following applies:
- The product price only will be eligible for refund once the item is returned to us
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable
These fees are charged by third-party couriers and customs authorities and are outside of our control
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do everything to ensure smooth delivery, Enriched Filters is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
